Country fried venison steaks.
This recipe is made by my husband.
Ingredients:
6 peeled and sliced potatoes
2 Green peppers
Bacon grease
Butter or Olive oil
Venison steaks
Flour
Favorite spices
Beef gravy
Salt
- Fry potatoes in bacon grease until soft.
- Mix flour and spices together.
- Pound venison steaks with tenderizer hammer.
- Flour the steaks with the flour mixture.
- Fry steaks in olive oil or butter.
