Fried Venison Steak and Green Pepper Potatoes


Country fried venison steaks.

This recipe is made by my husband.

Ingredients:
6 peeled and sliced potatoes
2 Green peppers
Bacon grease
Butter or Olive oil
Venison steaks
Flour
Favorite spices
Beef gravy
Salt

  1. Fry potatoes in bacon grease until soft.
  2. Mix flour and spices together.
  3. Pound venison steaks with tenderizer hammer.
  4. Flour the steaks with the flour mixture. 
  5. Fry steaks in olive oil or butter.
