Chicken Stir Fry


Chicken Stir fry with carrots and green peppers.

Ingredients:
Carrots, sliced
Green peppers, sliced
2 tbs Corn starch
1 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
2 chicken breast, cubed
Soy Sauce
2 ts.Garlic
3 Tbs. Brown sugar
1 Tbs. salt
2 tbs Italian seasoning
Olive Oil


 



  1. In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, add chicken broth, 1 cup of cold water, corn starch, Soy sauce and garlic.  
  2. In a large frying pan on medium heat, add carrots, green peppers, olive oil, chicken, salt and Italian seasoning.   
  3. When stir fry is done add the sauce.
  4. Serve on rice.
